Health tips -water

 *પાણી કેટલું અને કઈ રીતે પીવું જોઇએ*

**1. ઉકળેલા પાણી પીવો:**

   ફિલ્ટર અને ઉકાળેલા પાણી પીઓ જેથી શારીરિક તંદુરસ્તી જળવાય અને બેક્ટેરિયા અને વાયરસથી બચી શકો.

**2. ખાલી પેટ પર પાણી પીવું:**

   રોજ સવારે ઉઠીને ખાલી પેટ પર બે થી ત્રણ ગ્લાસ પાણી પીવાથી શરીર ટોક્સિન મુક્ત રહે છે અને પાચનક્રિયા સારી બને છે.

**3. થોડી-થોડી વાર પર પાણી પીવું:**

   દિવસ દરમિયાન ટૂંકા ગાળાઓમાં થોડી-થોડી માત્રામાં પાણી પીવું, વિશેષ કરીને જોરદાર ઉનાળામાં.

**4. ગરમ પાણી પીવું:**

   શિયાળામાં અથવા ગળાના દુખાવા માટે ઠંડા પાણીની જગ્યાએ થોડું ગરમ પાણી પીવું ફાયદાકારક છે.

**5. પાણી પીવા માટે યોગ્ય સમય:**

   ભોજન કરતા 30 મિનિટ પહેલા અને 1 કલાક પછી પાણી પીવું, જેથી પાચન પ્રક્રિયા પર ખરાબ અસર ન પડે.

**6. મોઢું સાફ કરીને પાણી પીવું:**

   પાણી પીતા પહેલા મોઢું સારી રીતે સાફ કરવું, જેથી પાણીના સેવન સમયે બેક્ટેરિયા તમારામાં પ્રવેશ ન કરે.

**7. ગ્લાસથી પાણી પીવું:**

   ગ્લાસમાંથી પાણી પીવું એ હેલ્ધી માનવામાં આવે છે, બોટલથી કે સીધા નલથી પાણી ન પીવું.

**8. દિવસમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 8 ગ્લાસ પાણી પીવું:**

   રોજના દિવસમાં 8 થી 10 ગ્લાસ પાણી પીવું જરૂરી છે, પણ તમારા શરીર અને જઠરની જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે તે વધારે પણ હોઈ શકે છે.

**9. ભોજન સાથે વધારે પાણી ન પીવું:**

   ભોજન વખતે બહુ વધારે પાણી ન પીવું, કારણ કે તે પાચનક્રિયામાં ખલેલ પહોંચાડી શકે છે. અલ્પ માત્રામાં સિપ કરીને પાણી પીવું.

**10. ફળ અને શાકભાજીથી પાણીની માત્રા મેળવો:**

   તાજા ફળ અને શાકભાજી જેમ કે કાકડી, તરબૂચ, પપૈયા વગેરે ખાવાથી પણ પાણીની જરૂરીયાત પૂરી થાય છે.

**11. તીવ્ર તરસ ન લાગી હોય તો પણ પાણી પીવું:**

   તરસ લાગવી એ શારીરિક ડીહાઇડ્રેશનનું લક્ષણ છે, એથી તરસ લાગ્યા વગર પણ સમયસર પાણી પીવું જરૂરી છે.

**12. પર્યાપ્ત પાણી પીવાને કારણે ત્વચા ચમકદાર બને છે:**

   પર્યાપ્ત માત્રામાં પાણી પીવાથી ત્વચા હાઇડ્રેટ રહે છે અને તે ચમકદાર અને સ્વસ્થ બને છે.

**13. હળવાશથી પાનીએ પીવું:**

   પાણી હળવાશથી ધીરે-ધીરે પીવું, અચાનક વધુ માત્રામાં ન પીવું, જેનાથી પેટમાં બળતરા કે અસ્વસ્થતા થઈ શકે છે.

**14. રાત્રે ઊંઘતી વખતે ઓછું પાણી પીવું:**

   સૂતા પહેલા બહુ વધારે પાણી ન પીવું, કારણ કે તે રાત્રી દરમ્યાન મલમૂત્ર માટે ઊંઘમાં ખલેલ પહોંચાડી શકે છે.

**15. નિશ્ચિત સમયમર્યાદામાં પાણી પીવું:**

   કામમાં વ્યસ્ત હો કે ઘરના કામકાજમાં, આલાર્મ સેટ કરી કે મોબાઈલની યાદ અપાવનાર એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરીને પાણી પીવાનું યાદ રાખો.
